Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All orders that are in stock are processed within 3 business days. If Item is not in stock, It will be made to order. Made to order items have a 1 week processing and creating time before they are sent out.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
  • Priority Mail Shipping: Delivery within 2 days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day. Delivery times vary based on the origin and destination locations as well as time of day package was shipped

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will contain a tracking number you can use to check the status of your shipment online.

4. International Shipping We DO NOT ship outside of the continental US.

5. Damaged or Lost Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at meltinmama@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Changes to Shipping Policy We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
