Return Policy

Wax melts in clamshells can be burned to the same effect if broken. Being broken does not justify a return since you have to break apart the wax into smaller pieces to use. 

1. Return Eligibility We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

*Please note* We will not be held responsible for damage incured during shipping. Pictures of items before and after packaging will be kept for proof of undamaged product as well as appropriate packaging procedures. 

2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at meltinmama@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Requests for returns must be accompanied with photo evidence of problem

3. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Changes to Return Policy We reserve the right to update or change our return policy at any time. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
