           ⸻ Are your candles safe to burn? Yes. We use a natural organic soy-blend wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks to ensure a clean, safe burn every time. Our candles are also pet-friendly, making them safe for the whole family to enjoy. While they look almost edible, they’re designed to be long-lasting, cozy candles.

           ⸻ Do you take custom orders? Yes! We love creating candles for special occasions, events, or businesses. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or corporate gift, we can design something uniquely yours.

         ⸻ How long do your candles burn? Our candles are made to last, with burn times that vary depending on size. Each product listing includes burn-time details, but many of our candles can burn for 40+ hours when cared for properly.

         ⸻ How do I care for my candle? For best results:

                     • Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

                     • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before blowing it out.

                      • Keep away from drafts and never leave unattended.

      ⸻ What is your return policy? Due to insurance policies, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please email us directly with proof of damage. We’ll send you a replacement candle free of charge.

      ⸻ Can I cancel my order? Because every candle is handmade to order, once your purchase has been submitted and we begin processing, it cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before checkout to ensure everything is correct.

     ⸻ Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds, as each candle and wax melt is custom-made with great care and attention. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our goal is for every customer to feel delighted with their Meltin Mama experience, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

     ⸻ Do candles melt during shipping in the summer? Candles can be sensitive to heat. During the summer months, please do not let your package sit outside in the sun for long periods of time, as it may cause melting. 

     ⸻ Can I order online? Yes! Shop anytime at candlebakery.shop. We also share weekly drops, restocks, and behind-the-scenes creations on our social media.

Store Policies – Meltin Mama, every candle and wax melt is handmade with love and care. Because our products are unique and crafted by hand, we have a few important policies in place to protect both our customers and our small business. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

⸻ Order Policy

               • All orders are processed in the order they are received.

              • Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order before checkout.

⸻ Shipping Policy

                • Orders are shipped every Saturday from our workshop in Moses Lake, WA..

                • During summer months, we pack with ice packs to help protect candles from heat. Customers are responsible for bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery to prevent melting.

                • Meltin Mama is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal carrier once shipped.

  ⸻ Returns & Refunds

             • Due to insurance restrictions and the handmade nature of our candles and wax melts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

             • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at meltinmama.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send you a replacement candle free of charge.
